Available Grading Options
 
PSA
The world's most recognised grading company and generally considered the benchmark for Pokémon card grading. PSA graded cards often achieve strong market recognition and liquidity.

Beckett Grading Services (BGS)
Known for their subgrades and highly sought-after Black Label 10s. A great option for cards with exceptional condition.
 
CGC
A highly respected grading company and one of the leading choices for grading error cards and misprints. CGC is also becoming an increasingly popular option for modern Pokémon cards and collectors looking for a cost-effective grading service.
 
What Can Be Submitted?
We accept virtually all standard trading cards that are eligible for grading. While Pokémon is our most common submission, we regularly accept cards from One Piece, Dragon Ball, Yu-Gi-Oh!, Lorcana, Magic: The Gathering, sports cards, and many other TCGs and collectibles.

How To Submit Your Cards
There are two ways to participate:

1) Stream Pulls
If you've pulled cards during one of our live streams, simply let us know you'd like us to hold them for grading.

2) Mail-In Submissions
You can send cards directly to us for grading.

Please ensure you select your preferred grading company (PSA, BGS, or CGC) from the dropdown menu when purchasing your submission. Also please ensure your details are somewhere on or inside what you send me. They should also correlate to the name and details on the submission payment for ease of identification.
 
Submission Deadlines
Please ensure all cards are received and paid for by the Last Friday of each Month.
This allows us to organise and submit cards at the beginning of the following month, keeping the process streamlined for everyone.
 
Grading Process & Turnaround Times
We work with a reputable Australian grading intermediary that maintains official relationships with PSA, BGS, and CGC.
Submitting as part of larger consolidated submissions helps provide competitive turnaround times and a streamlined grading experience.
Once your graded cards return, we'll host a live reveal stream so everyone can enjoy seeing the grades together.
 
PSA Information
Temporary PSA Pricing Increase
PSA have currently halted several of their lower-tier submission services.
As a result, PSA submission pricing has temporarily increased. These changes are expected to be temporary, with PSA indicating that lower-cost options may return later in 2026 / Early 2027.
Further updates will be provided as information becomes available.
 
PSA Upcharges
Please note that PSA may apply valuation-based upcharges to certain cards after grading.
While this is outside our control, these fees generally only apply to cards that achieve a significantly higher market value after grading.
 
BGS Information
BGS remains an excellent option for collectors seeking subgrades and the possibility of achieving the prestigious Black Label 10.
BGS submissions follow the same monthly submission schedule as PSA and CGC.

CGC Information
CGC is particularly popular for error cards, misprints, and collectors looking for a cost-effective grading option from a highly respected grading company.
CGC submissions follow the same monthly submission schedule as PSA and BGS.
 
Cost & Payment
Submission pricing varies depending on the grading company selected.
To pay, simply purchase the Grading Submission product from our store and select the grading company of your choice from the dropdown menu.
The quantity selected should match the number of cards you wish to submit.
 
JUST SLAB IT
We also offer a much quicker and more affordable option to have your favourite cards professionally displayed in a themed slab.
This option is perfect if:
You don't expect the card to grade highly
You want a faster turnaround time
You simply want your card protected and displayed beautifully
Please note that this option does not include grading or authentication.

JUST SLAB IT submissions are processed alongside our regular grading submissions each month.
Expected turnaround time is approximately 3 weeks.
Simply select the JUST SLAB IT option from the dropdown menu when placing your order.
 
Important Disclaimer
While I can offer my opinion and guidance on whether a card may be worth submitting, no one can perfectly predict the grade a card will receive.
Grading companies assess many factors beyond visible centering and whitening, including surface condition, print quality, corners, edges, scratches, and other characteristics that may not be immediately visible.
Professional grading can help authenticate, protect, display, and potentially increase the value of your collectibles, but grading outcomes can never be guaranteed.
 
Terms & Conditions
By submitting cards through our grading service, you acknowledge and accept that while we take the utmost care in handling, packaging, and submitting all cards, there are factors outside of our control throughout the grading process.
These may include, but are not limited to, handling by third-party grading companies (PSA, BGS, or CGC), shipping carriers, customs inspections, and general transit risks.
By choosing to participate in this service, you understand that card grading outcomes (including grades received, surface issues discovered during grading, or potential damage during transit or handling) cannot be guaranteed.
In the rare event that a card is lost or damaged during the grading or shipping process, any claims or compensation will be subject to the policies, limitations, and insurance coverage provided by the grading company or shipping carrier.
Submitting cards through this service indicates that you understand and accept these risks and agree that we act solely as a submission intermediary facilitating the process on your behalf.
